Happy Friday Peeps!
So I have been a little quiet lately as my wedding is fast approaching (3 weeks – ahhhhhhhh!) and I still have so much to do. You would have thought I’d learnt from my ‘leave things to the last minute’ tendencies from University but oh no, they’re still there and they’re back with a vengeance hence why I’ve been having lots of sleepless nights and Kelly has been doing most of the blogging!
There is so much about my planning experience that I want to share with you but at the moment I need to focus on my wedding so you may not hear much from me over the next 3 weeks or so. However, once this bad boy of a festival wedding is over I will be blogging like a crazed newly wed sharing everything from fake tattoos to wedding dress dramas! Be warned – my wedding planning process has been one hell of a ride!
Before I sign off until May, I had to introduce you to the truly awesome personalised wristband supplier ID&C Limited. Not only have these guys supplied wristbands to some of the biggest music festivals in the world (think Coachella, Reading & Leeds Festival and Rockness) they are also supplying the wristbands for my wedding! Yep, we are having real woven fabric festival wristbands and I can’t wait to hand them out to my guests when they arrive!
Whether you have a full-blown festival themed wedding or are just looking for that quirky, kitsch touch, I think festival wristbands could be the perfect custom accessories for your big day.
In my opinion, no festival wedding is truly complete without a festival wristband – along with lanyards, flags and wellies they are the one thing that all music festivals have in common. Bob and I had always planned on having some sort of wristbands for our guests so after scouring the internet, we found ID&C, a company that not only makes good quality custom wedding wristbands but they are also exactly like the real thing.
You can choose from budget friendly Tyvek Wristbands, Vinyl Wristbands, or uber cool Fabric Wristbands all complete with a choice of locking system and various colour options. To top that, ID&C also offer an online designer where you can play around with ideas and design your own wristbands from scratch.
We chose the Fabric Woven Wristbands for our wedding and opted for the loop lock design so there wasn’t anything bulky against our guests’ wrists. We were allowed up to 8 different colours in our design, which I think is brilliant, and the wristbands are also waterproof and recyclable! All of this for only 90p per wristband! Bargain if you ask me.
Below are some examples of the awesome wristbands ID&C can create for your wedding. You can see what a beautiful addition the wristbands can make.
So, if you’re looking for your own custom wedding wristbands, give the guys at ID&C a shout – their customer service has been excellent so I can’t vouch for them enough!
What’s more, ID&C have also offered Festival Brides’ readers a 10% discount off any wedding themed wristbands ordered up until the end of 2013! Just mention Festival Brides when ordering.
