Well the sunshine has made me go a bit floral mad!! I’m well and truly inspired by Summer..

This is a beautiful and eclectic look that can make your festival wedding look oh so stylish. Embrace bright ditsy prints and team with bold floral layers. The more they clash in tone and size the better!! This is not a matchy theme but more of a decoupage of colour…

Take inspiration from the catwalk and dress your maids in mix and match floral numbers.. From long and floaty to short and cute.

Make a feature of your ceremony area by building an arch full or flowers or an interesting installation with flowers as a focus. Again make each side different/denser than the other to create interesting lines. Use tree stumps to create levels around the structure.

Collect floral print throws, rugs and bedding to create the floral look.. Add some large scale pillows in bold and delicate prints. Drape over hay bales or create a wedding lounge with flower inspired chill out areas.

Be bold and ditch the white dress for a pretty printed number. Add large scale flowers as a feature on the shoulder or detail the waist with a large flower belt. I just love whimsical floral prints on floating dresses like the one below.

Lastly leave your hands free and wear flowers!! What about wearing huge blooms on your wrist or around your waist band attached to a ribbon.
We hope you have felt inspired by flowers with this post. Do let us know if you wore or plan to wear a floral number on your big day!!
