Bee Berrie has been creating beautiful floral wedding cakes for around 8 years from her studio in a railway arch in East London.
Bee’s favourite cake recipes cater for a huge range of tastes, from traditional sponge cakes, to delicious gluten or dairy free bakes, and vegan creations.
Bee's celebration cakes feature floral designs, from fresh, organic edible flowers, to edibly printed botanical designs and are totally personalisable, from the recipe, through to the size, design and tiering options.

Her cakes have been featured in publications such as Brides Magazine, The Observer, Vogue, Elle and Stylist magazine, and Bee is a twice published author of two celebrated baking recipe books.
Bee regularly bakes for weddings and celebrations at venues and locations all over London and the South East including: the Rosewood Hotel, Burgh House Hampstead, Soho Farmhouse, Ham Yard Hotel, The Phene in Chelsea, and many more. She also writes recipes for Jamie Oliver.
